World Diabeties Day- Healthy lifestyle to keep Diabeties at Bay

There are diseases which confronts with the advancement of age unlike that diabetis is one that troubles anyone from childhood to old age persons. The disease spread has increased in the last decade due to various factors such as heredity, sedentary lifestyle and the consumption of junk food.

The disease occurs when the glucose levels in the blood increase rapidly and it can be detected by the symptoms like excessive sweating, unable to climb the stairs and giddiness. The disease reduces the immune system of the body which inturn affects the damage of body parts and ultimately death.

Nov 14 is celebrated as World Diabetes Day and it is expected that more than 20 lakh people would die this year due to deadly diseases.The disease may not be visible in the initial stages but can be detected if a blood test is performed.

Currently, the disease has spread to children rapidly even compared to old people because of the food eating habits and lack of physical activity as they are too much involved in studies.

Even though doctors prescribe medicines and insulin injections they are temporary but doing exercise and leading a healthy lifestyle would control the glucose levels in the body and the life expectancy is improved.
