SEX Education Must for Adolescent for Bright future

Children and adolescents are the future hopes of any nation and it can move forward in a healthy way and properly nurtures with appropriate ethics, values, and morals right from the childhood itself. Eversince India has achieved freedom our elders have given more importance to the scientific education which has led to questioning and development of intelligent human beings.

There is a saying that today's children are tomorrow's future it goes well verse with the adolescents too.However, the adolescents in this age must be guided properly so that they can adjust to the change in the primary and secondary characteristics changes that take place in their body.

The girls in this age should take care of there diet so that they remain healthy and strong. Currently, many parents give meager freedom and impose restrictions on children which may be acceptable to an extent but parents must ensure that they spend enough quality time with them so that they inculcate qualities of work culture and skills which would help them in the near future.

The growing external influences on the adolescent can be minimised by imparting sex education in the schools so that all their doubts can be clarified and they don't look other ways.

Currently, many schools skip these subjects and they treat sex as an unholy thing which is wrong and they should be taught that it is a natural biological process and ensure that they don't spend too much energy, time and money on those issues and concentrate on improving skills so that they have a bright future.
