Saina Beats Sindhu ,clinches National Badminton Championship

Nagpur, Nov 9: Saina Nehwal has won against the PV Sindhu in the final to clinch the women's singles title in the Senior National Badminton Championship on Wednesday.

London Olympic Bronze Medalist has won against the Rio Olympic Silver Medalist by 21-17, 27-25. Both the women fought brilliantly till the last movement and the Audience were excited to see both Olympic medalists play against each other.

Saina after winning the match has said that "I am surprised with the way I played today. I moved well and picked Sindhu's difficult shots".

HS Prannoy has won against the K Srikanth to achieve the men's singles title in the 82nd edition of the tournament.He has won the match by 21-15, 16-21, 21-7.

Ashwini Ponnappa and Satwiksairaj Rankireddy have won the mixed doubles title.

N Sikki Reddy and Ashwini Ponnappa have won the women's doubles Title.

Manu Attri and B Sumeeth Reddy have won the men's Doubles 15-21, 22-20, 25-23 and win the men's doubles title.
