MS Dhoni opens his own cricket academy in Dubai

New Delhi, November 08: As we knew that, Former Indian cricket captain MS Dhoni has announced that the training academy will begin in Dubai along with Dubai Pacific Sports Club.

Earlier, Dhoni said he would start a training academy with Dubai Pacific Sports Club in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Dhoni will inaugurate his first global cricket academy- The Mahendra Singh Dhoni cricket Academy, in Dubai, here on November 11. He will also conduct a special cricket clinic with the budding cricketers the next day. He will become the only active Indian cricketer to have his own cricket academy.

In August, MS Dhoni’s company had struck a partnership with the Dubai-based Pacific Ventures to set up the academy at the Springdales School campus.

"The academy is in perfect shape and it will be a big thing for UAE cricket do have an academy run by a legend like Dhoni," Parvez Khan, the director of Pacific Ventures, told to media.
