Tiger Zinda Hai based on true story of Indian Nurses

Tiger Zinda Hai trailer starring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif has just released and many has already declared it a blockbuster.

It is going to hit the big screen in December 22, 2017.
The Tiger Zinda Hai trailer reveals that the film will show Tiger on a mission to bring back 25 Indian nurses who are abducted and are in ISIS captivity in Iraq.

The movie is based on the true story , dating back to 2013-2014. Several Indian nurses, mostly belonging to Kerala, took up an offer to work in Iraq at a hospital in Tikrit.

Early July 2014 the militants finally made their way to the hospital buildin, around July 3, they asked the nurses to assemble outside the building. They were then moved to Mosul and kept at an undisclosed location. It was a hostage like situation, however, the ISIS decided to free them the every next day, handing them over at Erbil on Friday, July 4, 2014.

While the militants didn’t do any harm to the nurses and no life was lost, the incident in Tiger Zinda Hai is a dramatic recreation of the months of June and July 2014 in Iraq’s Tirkt and Mosul. The film is the sequel to Ek Tha Tiger 2012 and will show Salman’s Tiger and Katrina’s Zoya join hands for this mission.
