Winslet, Titanic star kissed Allison Janney on Hollywood award stage

At the Hollywood Film Awards, Kate Winslet couldn't hide her delight as she won Best Actress award for Wonder Wheel, directed by Woody Alle.

She went on the stage to collect the award and said that, she felt "honoured" to be in the same room as Allison Janney, who plays the role of CJ in the political drama West Wing.

"Allison Janney... I know, I don't really know you, but I just want to be you. Or just stroke you or something. I mean we could always kiss, maybe," Kate said.

To this the crowd cheered loudly.



Allison Janney came on stage to fulfill the wish of Titanic star and the two shared a kiss.

After kissing Allison Janney, Kate said, "Thank you very much. Now I'm a little bit breathless."

Angelia Jolie was among the night's winners after being awarded for her Foreign Language film First They Killed My Father. Gary Oldman won the Career Achievement Award, Mary J Blige received the Breakout Performance Actress Award for Mudbound, and Jake Gyllenhaal took home the Actor Award for Stronger.
