WhatsApp DOWN - Chat app NOT WORKING

New Delhi, November 03: WhatsApp was down for users in India for a short while as users were not able to send or receive messages. It is unclear if the service suffered outage in other parts of the world as well. People have taken to Twitter to complain about problems with the messaging service.

This is not the first time that WhatsApp faced an outage. The Facebook-owned company was down globally early September as well, with users reporting problems accessing the app.

Meanwhile, people on Twitter are complaining about problems with the messaging service.

"So WhatsApp is down, what a time to be alive. #WhatsAppDown," one Twitter use wrote.
