Adirindi on November 9

Chennai, November 03: Telugu dubbed version of Tamil film Mersal(Adirindi) has finally cleared the censor hurdle. Adirindi has been certified UA (Parental guidance) by the Censor Board and the film will now hit the screens on November 9.

Mersal is now the highest grossing Tamil film in Tamilnadu and is racing towards grossing Rs. 200 crore worldwide.

The movie was expected to release on October 27, but it was postponed. The decision was taken because the BJP had taken offence to the GST scene in the film, and some fans had attacked the censor board for supporting the political party.

The delay has killed the interest surrounding the movie to great extent. We have to see whether our film lovers are still in mood to catch the delayed Tamil Diwali dhamaka.
