Mamata Banerjee meets Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray

Mumbai, November 02: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee met with Shiv Sena supremo Uddhav Thackeray. There is the talk of debate over the latest political developments in the country. Uddhav's son Aditya Thakre was also present in this meeting.

Mamata, who arrived in Mumbai on Tuesday evening to gather investments in West Bengal, met directly with Reliance Industries chief Mukesh Ambani. She came to invite industrial legends in Mumbai to the World Trade Summit in January next year.

The Shiv Sena had last year teamed up with the TMC in a bid to take on the BJP over the issue of demonetization.



Thackeray had told media persons in November last year that if there was nothing wrong in Prime Minister Modi meeting (NCP chief) Sharad Pawar, then there was nothing wrong if the Sena held talks with Banerjee on a crucial issue.
