Hyderabad Metro Rail Smart Card Price

Hyderabad, Nov 01: Hyderabad Metro Rail will be operational from November 28th, 2017. Prime Minister Narendra Modi would inaugurate the prestigious project.

Officials have said that Price of the Metro Rail Smart Card could cost Rs 200. To obtain the Metro Smart Card, Application Form offered at the counter much be filled and submitted. Thereafter, The Registration Fee has to be paid.

Upon obtaining the Smart Card, The Buyer gets a balance of Rs 100 to travel in the Metro. Each citizen can re-charge up to Rs 2,000 at once. This card is valid for a period of one year.



The benefit of Metro Smart Card: Saves Time if you travel through the Metro Rail regularly. By just swiping the card, You can travel in the Metro whenever you want. Even the balance in the Smart Card can be checked using the Metro Card App.

Very soon, Metro Smart Card could be used for paying Parking Fee as well. People could get into the Metro Rail by swiping and the charge will be collected depending on the distance they traveled after swiping at the exit point.
