Inter cast love affair in UP

Uttar Pradesh, October 30: In a drastic incident, a man and his entire family were garlanded with shoes and beaten up by villagers in Islamabad village in Bijnore district here on Sunday.

This is because the man alleged love affair with a girl belonging to another caste.

All the family of the man was dragged out of the houses and beaten up in full public view and then paraded around the village wearing a garland of shoes.

According to Sources, the boy had fallen in love with a girl of another caste a few months ago. The couple eloped about four months ago.

The reports further added that Recently the younger son also fell in love with another girl of the village and this time, the families of the two girls joined hands to teach the family of the boys a lesson.
