Revanth Reddy to quit on his own

Hyderabad: The AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will not dislodge TTDP leader A. Revanth Reddy. The party sources said," It will be left to Mr. Revanth Reddy to play his hand", here on Friday.

"Why should we drive out or suspend him? We have removed him from the two posts. If he wants to remain in the party and hold the posts, he should assure Mr. Naidu. In accordance to our reports, he will quit on his own in the next few days," said the source.

Even after Mr. Naidu met with TS TD leaders, who returned from his foreign tour on Friday, the suspense over Mr Revanth Reddy still continued. TS TD president L. Ramana apprised Mr Naidu on the developments on the Revanth Reddy front. Mr. Naidu said Mr. Ramana had enforced on his directions in dismissing Mr Revanth Reddy from the two posts. A few leaders requested Mr Naidu for one-on-one meetings.

Mr Revanth Reddy came to the meeting after attending the Assembly session and desired a personal audience. Mr Naidu then invited everyone to Vijayawada for one-on-one meetings. Also, Mr. Revanth Reddy denied talking to the media, stating that he would first speak to Mr Naidu and explain his view.
