Shahenshah Buffalo cost of Rs.25 Crores

Hyderabad, Oct 17: The Telangana Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav on Monday announced that the Sadar, a 75-years rich tradition of the Yadava and Kurma community will be officially organized by the State government this year.The Minister held a meeting in this connection on Monday.

Yadav community members are gearing up to celebrate Sadar festival for three days in Hyderabad. The Buffaloes will showcase their talent as part of the festival. Buffaloes were brought from other parts of the country.

Owners of buffaloes say that they will take special care of the animals by providing nutritious food to them. An owner said that he is being offered crores of rupees to sell his buffalo. Buffaloes like Raja, Maharaja, Shahenshah will be of attraction this time in Sadar festival.

Shahenshah, a buffalo born to 12 times champion Rusthum Buffalo will become a special attraction at Sadar festival in Hyderabad.The buffalo would be showcased by Akhila Bharata Yadava Mahasabha Secretary and TRS leader Edla Haribabu Yadav. He says that Shahensha buffalo has a value of Rs.25 Crores.This Murra breed buffalo was put on display at Musheerabad Sathar Bagh on Monday. It is owned by Ahmad Alam Khan.

About Shahenshah:

* Shahenshah is four and half-year-old buffalo, which having height is six and a half feet, width is 15 feet, weighing 1500 kg.

* Shahenshah will take the daily food is 100 apples,5Kgs mixture of cashew, Pista, almond, black jaggery and it drinks 40 liters of milk.

* Haribabu said that the buffalo born by Shahenshah would give 18 liters of milk a day.

* Shahenshah will be massaged regularly three times a day with oil and bathing with soap for three times.

* It will walk Five kilometers daily. It has six people for its care and protection.

* ShahenShah's daily maintenance cost is Rs.5,000.
