Hillary Clinton: Trump decision is dangerous to US

Hillary Clinton said that Trump decertifying the deal with Iran could be dangerous. She talked about Trump's threat to Iran that he will not continue the deal next year which was started by Barack Obama. By doing this Trump is undermining the validity of promises made by US to other countries.

Trump had accused Iran of violating the landmark 2015 accord and has hit their main military wing with anti-terror penalties.

Clinton, in an interview on Wednesday said Trump’s insistence on decertifying the deal, even though evidence has pointed to Iranian compliance, “makes us look foolish and small and plays right into Iranian hands.”

“That is bad not just on the merits for this particular situation, but it sends a message across the globe that America’s word is not good,” said Clinton, who spoke in advance of Trump’s announcement two days later.
