Trump:Relations with Pakistan improving

Washington Oct 14: United States President Donald Trump had made some crucial comments on Pakistan. He has thanked Pakistan for their co-operation on numerous fronts.

He has added that "Starting to develop a much better relationship with Pakistan and its leaders. I want to thank them for their cooperation on many fronts(sic)".

"I have openly said Pakistan took tremendous advantage of our country for many years, but we're starting to have a real relationship with Pakistan, and they're to respect us as a nation again, and so are other nations" President added.

His remarks assume significance because earlier he lamented the country as a terrorist nation and accused it of becoming a hub for giving shelter to anti-social elements and he has even reduced the military support given to the country.

However Many experts have criticized the president for softening his stand on Pakistan and hoped that his pressure would have helped Pakistan to eliminate terrorism.
