Heavy rains continues in 2-3 days in Telangana

Heavy rains lashed out Hyderabad

Hyderabad, Oct 12:Many parts of Hyderabad has been witnessing heavy rains. Employees have been faced difficulties with heavy traffic when they go home from the office. As water strucked on the roads, it is causing traffic to disruption.

Since the past week, Hyderabad and other districts in Telangana are continuously receiving heavy rainfall.

In the last 24 hours, Nizamabad witnessed rainfall of 5.8 mm and Hanamkonda 2 mm of rain. As per the weather forecast, this spell of rain is likely to continue for the next 2-3 days in Telangana.

Currently, a cyclonic circulation is hovering over the southeast and adjoining east central Bay of Bengal while a trough is extending up to Telangana across coastal Andhra Pradesh.

Due to this, winds from the Bay of Bengal will continue to impact the moisture over Telangana resulting in cloud formation and subsequently rainfall.

Heavy rains in lashed out Madhapur, Gachibowli, LBinagar, Saroor Nagar, Nehru Nagar, Dilsukhnagar, Mohan Nagar, Nagol, Musarambagh, Malakpet, SR Nagar, Errgadda, Yusufguda, Moti Nagar, Ameerpet, Khairatabad, Nampally, Abids and Lakdikapool. Traffic jam has occurred in many areas.
