Man uploads private videos online

Bangalore, Oct 12: The Cybercrime Police of the Bengaluru have launched a search operation for a man who allegedly installed a camera in his tenant's bedroom and uploaded videos on porn websites.

The cyber police, who could not immediately confirm the man's profession, said that they have registered a case based on a complaint from an assistant professor at a private college.

The information reported that, The woman, 30, has accused the man, whom she has identified as Anjan, the son of her landlord, of secretly filming intimate moments from her bedroom and uploading the same on porn sites.

The complainant and her husband, who works with a private firm, had taken this rented accommodation in Sri Rama Layout near KR Puram recently as it is close to their workplaces.

According to the complainant, the couple learnt about the videos being uploaded on internet on September 29, after her husband received an internet call from an unknown person informing that their bedroom secrets can be watched on a website. He even provided the link to the website.

Anjan fled from his house on Saturday and the police said that prima facie he may have committed the crime. They have managed to delete the videos of the couple from the site.
