CM KCR to lay foundation stones for new Collectorate buildings

Hyderabad, Oct 8: The Telangana Chief Minister
K. Chandrasekhar Rao has decided on Saturday to lay foundation stones for administrative building complexes in the new district headquarters on October 11 across the State.

A total of 21 new districts were formed in addition to existing 10 by reorganizing the erstwhile administrative units on October 11 last year and the Chief Minister has decided to lay a foundation stone for the new complexes wherever the land has already been identified and the process of tenders is in progress.

According to the officials, the Chief Minister would participate in the ground-breaking ceremonies for the construction of new administrative complex at Siddipet, Sircilla, and Nirmal. Deputy chief ministers Kadiyam Srihari and Md. Mahamood Ali would lay the foundation stone at Jangaon and Wanaparthy, while Minister C. Laxma Reddy would do it at Gadwal, Jupally Krishna Rao at Nagarkurnool.

Similarly, Minister Jogu Ramanna would lay the foundation stone at Asifabad, Nayani Narasimha Reddy at Mancherial and Peddapalli, Talasani Srinivas Yadav in Medchal-Malkajgiri, T. Padma Rao at Rangareddy, P. Mahender Reddy at Vikarabad, Eatela Rajender at Jagityal and Pocharam Srinivas Reddy at Kamareddy.

Assembly Speaker S. Madhusudan Chary would participate in the ground-breaking ceremony at Bhoopalpally.

On October 12, the Chief Minister would lay foundation stone for the new district office complex at Suryapet. He would also lay foundation stone for the Textile Park in Warangal Rural district on October 20.
