Smith Out of team,Setback for Australia

Ranchi Oct 7: In a major setback for Australia Team captain Steve Smith has returned to his country because of his shoulder Injury. he would not be playing the 3 T20 series against India. The first T20 Match is scheduled today at Ranchi.

The player was injured during the practice session held on thursday. The Doctors have taken MRI scan and said that he can play the matches but the Australian board has decided to give him rest so that he gets fits and concentrate on the upcoming Ashes Tournament with England in November.



Sources say that Warner would be heading the team but official confirmation has not yet been received.Currently, Smith has high experience in playing the T20 Matches in Indian weather conditions and pitches and his absence would be felt in the team.
