Pakistan:Foreign minister Asif warns India; No restrain if nuke site is hit

Foreign minister of Pakistan Khawaja Asif warned India in response to a question at US Institute of Peace, a Washington-based think-tank. He said that Pakistan should not be expected to restrain if its nuclear sites are hit by India.

Asif was reacting to Indian Air Force chief BS Dhanoa’s remarks that New Delhi could “locate, fix and strike across the border” to counter Islamabad‘s tactical or battlefield nuclear weapons.

“If that happens, nobody should expect restraint from us,” said Asif. He is considered as Pakistan government’s spokesman to the world for speaking up for the country on every issue.

He added: “That’s the most diplomatic language I can use.”
