Titanic Actress roped in For Avatar Sequel

New Delhi, October 05: Exactly two decades after they worked together on Titanic, James Cameron, and Kate Winslet are reuniting for the long-awaited Avatar sequel.

The venerated actress has officially signed for a starring role in Avatar 2, According to the sources.

Winslet will star alongside Zoe Saldana and Sam Worthington, both of whom are reprising their roles as Neytiri and Jake Sully.

Released in 2009, "Avatar" currently holds the record for highest grossing film till date with collections of $2.8 billion.

The upcoming four sequels of the film will hit theaters starting on December 18, 2020, for "Avatar 2". "Avatar 3" will release on December 17, 2021, followed by a three-year break for "Avatar 4", which is slated for December 20, 2024. "Avatar 5" will release on December 19. 2025.
