Darjeeling: WB BJP chief visit to state puts pressure on Gurung

After 100 days of shut down Darjeeling is returning to normal life but amid this the visit of West Bengal BJP chief Dilip Ghosh may put pressure on Bimal Gurung.

Manoj Dewan was assigned by BJP to take care of the party's organisational interests in darjeeling.

Bimal Gurung is still underground, parties like Gorkha National Liberation Front (GNLF) and Gorkha League are trying to consolidate their positions.

Anit Thapa and Binay Tamang are ready replace Gurung to get support from ruling party.
