Las Vegas shootout: Atleast 50 were killed and nearly 200 people got injured in the shooting near Mandalay Bay Hotel. Police identified the shooter as Stephen Charles Paddock, a 64-year-old male, Nevada resident.Police even located Marilou Danley, roommate of Stephen at Mandalay Bay.
The shooter was on the 32nd floor of Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, from there he opened fire on crowd gathered across the street to enjoy performance by country music star Jason Aldean. The motive is not yet known.The police neutralised the shooter soon after the attack.
US President Donald Trump tweeted about the tragic incident saying, "My warmest condolences and sympathies to the victims and families of the terrible Las Vegas shooting. God bless you!"
