Girls:It was molestation; BHU vice chancellor:just eve teasing

Women protested against an incident of molestation on campus which turned violent when police and campus security lathi charged on them and injured more than 1000 women in the clashes.

vice chancellor Girish Chandra Tripathi, defended his actions with every sexist argument and said it was "not an incident of molestation, it is one of eve-teasing”

Though Tripathi and police didn't have any information on molesters, Tripathi blamed that “the molestation was done to trigger this fiasco"

BHU is the university where women are not given permission to go out after 8pm or even to participate in any college activity which is done after 8pm. The university dominates every right of women and gives full freedom to boys.

After the lathi charge the university was shut four days early for Dusshera holidays and FIRs were registered against 1,000 students.
