Toilet ek prem katha like situation in Rajasthan

In Rajasthan where Modi's government has started Swatch Bharath Abhiyan long ago and even claimed many villages has gone Open Defecation-Free, the first village which was declared as ODF is still in clutches of OD.

Rerah was the first village in Bharatpur to be declared open-defecation free by the government. And many people got cash rewards for construction of Toilets under Open Defecation-Free scheme being run under the Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM).But there are many people in the village, who still go out in fields, early in the morning to relieve themselves.

Same is the case of Rajasthan's Baadi gram panchayat area of Dholpur district.According to reports around 12k to each member has been rewarded for more than 55 lakh villages in Rajasthan under the scheme.
