Honeypreet approached Delhi High Court seeking anticipatory bail

Ram Rahim's adopted daughter Honeypreet who was on run, approached the Delhi High Court on Monday seeking transit anticipatory bail. She was on run after the conviction of Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh in two rape cases. She was charged in connection with incidents of violence that had followed Ram Rahim’s conviction.

Priyanka Taneja alias Honeypreet, was declared a fugitive criminal and her properties were being seized. She also tops the list of 43 persons ‘wanted’ by the Haryana Police in connection with incidents of violence

Her lawyer Pradeep Kumar Arya said that they have filed the anticipatory bail petition in the Delhi High Court.
