AP Govt to announce new plan under 'Chandranna Insurance Scheme'

Nellore, Sept 25: The state government is planning a new scheme to provide Rs.10,000 rupees for the funeral of died people caused by natural death in the state, Minister Amarnatha Reddy said.

He said this total amount will be provided as part of Chandranna Insurance Scheme.

He has attended as Chief Guest to the Telugu Desam Party's door to door program at the Chillamooru panchayat of Chittamoor Mandal in Nellore district. He addressed at an open meeting on this occasion.

The introduction and implementation of welfare schemes for the poor is only done by TDP. So far, the families of accidental deaths have been given a great assistance. Similarly, a new scheme will be rolled out, he added.
