India regains No.1 Position

Indore September 25: Team India secured a convincing 5-wicket victory and took a 3-0 lead in the 5-match ODI series vs Australia at the Holkar Cricket Stadium on Sunday. With the win, India also toppled South Africa occupied the no.1 spot in the ICC ODI rankings.
All-rounder Hardik Pandya celebrated his promotion in the batting order with a breezy 78 to help secure India a comprehensive five-wicket victory.
Australia started off on a brilliant note on Sunday, with Aaron Finch making a comeback century to get his side to 293 for 6. But Hitman Rohit Sharma and classical batsman Ajinkya Rahane were in no mood to make things happy for the visiting side and gave India a solid platform that Hardik Pandya used to help the home side cruise to 294 for 5 in 47.5 overs for a five-wicket win.
