Mexico earthquake:Death toll raises to 292

The number of people killed in the 7.1 magnitude earthquake has risen to 292 in Mexico. National Citizen's Security Coordinator Luis Felipe said on Friday that the number of people killed in Mexico City rose to 154 in this powerful earthquake. Apart from Mexico dozens of people have died in many nearby states. 73 in Morelos, 45 in Puebla, six in Guerrero and one person in Oaxaca have been reported dead.

The number of missing people has also increased from 200 in the beginning to 42 now. There is a possibility that these people can be buried in the rubble. Relief and rescue work is still going on.
