Ukraine ambassador iPhone got snatched in Delhi

Delhi's crime rate has doubled in theft and snatching, the latest victim of snatching is Ukraine ambassador to India Dr Igor Polikha. Dr Igor Polikha had left his car at the parking lot in Daryaganj at around 9am and was standing on a road in Angoori Bagh, he wanted to take pictures of Red Fort and took out his phone.

Barely did he take a photo or two, suddenly a man came, dashed towards him snatched his iPhone and ran away.The snatcher was so quick that the ambassador couldn’t even think of chasing him.



He noted some details about the snatcher and has provided the description to the police.

“A case in this connection has been registered at Kotwali police station and we are working hard to retrieve his phone. We have some strong clues about the snatcher and are zeroing in on him. We will crack the case soon,” said Jatin Narwal, DCP (north)
