Tiff between two BJP leaders;Maharaj-Kaushik ;Uttarakhand

The ongoing clash in between Cabinet ministers Satpal Maharaj and Madan Kaushik may be solved by intervention of Chief minister TS Rawat.

Some sanitation workers supporting Haridwar mayor Manoj Garg, a confidant of Kaushik, dumped garbage outside the ashram of Maharaj in Haridwar. Maharaj is minister in-charge of Haridwar, while Kaushik is Haridwar (city) MLA.Due to which tension started between the two leaders.

Maharaj raised this issue in meetings and said ‘What’s the point of Modi’s Swachh Bharat Abhiyan when garbage was dumped at our doorstep’?

Shah took the matter in his own hands and has now asked the CM to solve this as early as possible.
