Third bomb found in a week:Delhi, Manglore, West Bengal

Security is on high alert after explosives were detected at the Bagdogra Airport in West Bengal today. TNT was found in the baggage of a passenger at the airport. It was found concealed in medicine sample bottles, said officials.

During routine X-ray screening of the baggage these explosives were discovered and the passenger has been detailned for interrogation by the security personnel.

This is the third bomb found in a week. Firstly, five dummy improvised explosive devices (IED) were discovered at Delhi's IGI on Thursday. Similar type of IED was detected at Mangalore airport three days ago.
The Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) has sought a probe into the fake IED packages and Intelligence Bureau has also been alerted.
