Congress gets trolled for trying to take credit of Sardar Sarovar Dam

Yesterday Prime Minister Narendra Modi dedicated the Sardar Sarovar Dam to the nation on his 67th birthday, but congress asked an obvious question about the person who laid the foundation, so that some credit is given to them. It is well-known that the foundation stone of the project was laid by India's first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru in 1961.

Congress posted a question on twitter and asked which minister had laid the foundation stone of the Sardar Sarovar Dam with names of former prime ministers IK Gujral, Jawaharlal Nehru, AB Vajpayee and Indira Gandhi given as options.

But the twitterati were more interested in trolling the congress than taking part in poll. They mocked the congress for not completing the project even in 60 years.
