Congress leader Manish Tewari controversial statements on PM MODI

New Delhi, September 18: Congress leader Manish Tewari on Sunday claimed a controversy after posting a profanity-laced tweet against Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his followers.

The leader said even Mahatma Gandhi can't teach Narendra Modi desh bhakti, mocking a Twitter user who appeared to suggest that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had nothing to learn about patriotism from the father of the nation.

This is not the first time that a Congress leader has used abuses for PM Modi. Earlier, Congress leader Digvijay Singh has also made a scathing attack on the nation's PM.

After greeting the modi a happay birthday, he uses his twitter handler, and said that This is what it means to make ch*t*yas ('idiots') bhakts ('devotees' or 'followers') and make fools out of bhakts. Even Mahatma can not teach Modi deshbhakti ('patriotism')," Tewari wrote

Responding to the tweet, BJP leader Shahnawaz Hussain said that the Congress is breaking the boundaries. The people of this country will not accept it. There may be differences in politics, but it is a shame for the country's PM to speak such a language. The Congress leaders have come on the wrong side. The public will reply to the Congress.
