The environmental experts and Academicians were invited to present lectures on the depletion of ozone layer, Montreal Protocol, ozone-depleting substances and alternative technologies.

"This week marks the 30th anniversary of the signing of the Montreal Protocol and we are celebrating it to once again to remind ourselves of the responsibility to preserve and protect it," N Raveendher, former environment scientist, TSPCB said.
