Padma Vibhushan awardee Marshal Arjan Singh critically ill; PM Modi visits

Marshal of Indian Air Force, Arjan Singh fell critically ill and has been admitted to the Research and Referral Hospital in New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman paid a vist to him at the Delhi hospital.
"We are all praying for the speedy recovery of Marshal of the Indian Air Force Arjan Singh. Doctors are doing their best," said PM Modi.
Singh was awarded Padma Vibhushan for his leadership in war skills.He is well known for his exceptional courage during war. He retired in August 1969.
