Lucknow central movie has been given three and a half star by the critics . The movie is expected to make good collection at the box office due to its storyline. Farhan Akhtar and the team has been appreciated for their work by many critics.

The movie is based on the true life events, it’s a prison brake drama which also has emotional elements in it. The story starts with showing Kishan Girhotra's (Farhan) dreams of becoming a singer are shattered when he is falsely accused of murdering an IAS officer in Muradabad. He felts helpless but again gets motivated when he meets a bunch of prisoners and NGO worker. Can he fulfill his dream or escape from prison?



The movie stars Farhan Akhtar, Diana Penty, Ronit Roy, Gippy Grewal, Deepak Dobriyal, Rajesh Sharma, Inaamulhaq, Ravi Kishan. And is directed by Ranjit Tiwari.
