Overexercise can be harmful

* Stop when you feel the pain while performing cycling, Swimming and walking.

* Relax the body during the exercises.

* Stop when you feel low on energy or a headache because it's an indication that body sends that it needs rest.

* Doing the exercise for more than 7.5 hours in a week will cause depression, stress.

* Try to reduce the time of your exercise based on type of exercise performed.

* Stop over lifting of weights to reduce weights so that knee pains can be avoided.
