2007 World Cup was lowest point for Indian cricket: Sachin

New Delhi, September 12: Master Balster Sachin Tendulkar has revealed that 2007 world cup was the worst world cup in his career.

Speaking on the occasion, he said that, "I think 2006-07 we were possibly at our lowest (phase). We didn't qualify for the Super 8 stage of the 2007 World Cup. But we got back from there and started fresh thinking, we started moving in a new direction".

He also said that I can't forget the 2011 world cup.

Tendulkar was the part of the Indian squad which lifted the 2011 World Cup under the captaincy of Mahendra Singh Dhoni.

Meanwhile, Team India is preparing for the schedule of Australia, Already the team squads are announced by the BCCI officials.
