Doctors blame Supreme Court for death of a baby

Mumbai, Sept 11: A tragic incident has taken place that a boy born to the 13 year old rape survivor has died.

Recently a girl has delivered a pre mature child after the supreme court has ordered the doctors to perform a c section operation and deliver a baby so that the girl gets rids of mental Trauma.She was 32 weeks pregnant when the court has ordered the delivery.

The doctors have shifted the premature baby to Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of the J J Hospital and the boy has barely survived 48 hrs.

Earlier the girl had pleaded to abort her fetus but the court had denied her request terming it dangerous for the health of the baby and her.

Currently, many doctors and family members have criticized the supreme court for ordering an inhuman judgment and blamed the apex court for the loss of a life.

Doctors have said that "SC has no right to order a girl when she should deliver and only doctors have that right based on the consent of the family".
