Former environment minister Jayanthi Natrajan booked in corruption case

CBI raided the premises of jayanthi natrajan after booking her in corruption case. The raid was In connection with a case lease of land in Saranda forest of Jharkhand.
The CBI has filed FIR against former environment minister Jayanthi Natarajan under section 120B and Prevention of Corruption Act, abuse of official position and criminal conspiracy.
The CBI also filed FIR against Electrosteel Casting Ltd and others under section 120B and Prevention of Corruption Act. The Electrosteel Casting Ltd got profited by the lease of forest land for mining iron and manganese ores.Jayanthi natrajan ministry gave approval for the lease and violated the Forest act by endangering forest.
