Shiv Sena to stand opposite BJP in Goa

Shiva sena said it would play the role of main opposition party in Goa against BJP. Uddhav Thackeray-led party, a long time friend of BJP, which has always supported BJP , made this shocking announcement. Shiva sena contested in last Assembly election in Goa with Alliance of Goa Surksha Manch and MGP.

Sena leader and Sanjay Raut said “Unfortunately, the Congress has failed to act as a formidable opposition. There is a government in the state but there is no opposition.We will be functioning as the main opposition party in Goa,”

Raut also said the Goa’s public has accepted them and they willr each every village to expand their base. “There is a strong resentment against the current government, but no one dares to speak out,” Raut said.
