Hyderabad Sept 8: Many people try to lose weight by dieting but it may be harmful to health. So follow the tips to reduce the weight without skipping meals
* Daily drink 4 glasses of water early morning and try
to drink at least 10-12 glasses of water per day
* Avoid eating junk foods which are prepared using Sugar, Maida and high salt.
* Reduce the consumption of oil food.
* Consume the bread made of whole wheat.
* Consume fruits before/after meals.
* Consume curd.
* Reduce the consumption of sweets.
* Avoid consumption of food emotionally .
* Regular exercise would help to reduce the fat in the body.
