Mumbai 1993 blast,Dawood Ibrahim and his aides escape

Mumbai Sept 8: An unforgettable incident took place in the History of the country. on March 12, 1993, Mumbai has witnessed 12 serial bomb blasts.These incidents have made the city blooded. Nearly 257 people have died and more than 700 people were injured.

Sources say that it was the first terror attack on Indian soil in which RDX was used as the explosive material.

The court has ordered punishments for various members but the following main conspirators and masterminds have escaped the country.



Dawood Ibrahim: Currently he is the main mastermind and Mumbai under world chief. He is the India's most wanted criminal. Recently a UK report claimed he stays in Karachi of Pakistan and he has 21 names and 3 houses in Pakistan.

Ibrahim Mushtaq Memon alias Tiger Memon: He has organized and trained people to carry out the blasts. He took help from local residents to smuggle RDX and arms. he has was the main facilitator of RDX by traveling to Dubai, Pakistan and Mumbai.

Javed Dawood Tailor alias Javed Chikna: He is an expert in placing the bombs at secret places. He has also escaped currently he is in Pakistan.

Mohammed Tainur Phansopkar: He has planned the blast at Bombay Stock Exchange.
