New Delhi Sept 7: An incident has shaken India.
Journalist Gauri Lankesh has been shot dead at her residence in Bengaluru. This incident has created a massive awareness among the people.

Many Journalists and leaders have protested against her murder and demanded that the culprits must be punished severely, and have condemned the murder.

However many people on social media have got divided after political parties such as Congress and CPM have accused RSS and BJP members of murder but however, the BJP and right wing followers have claimed that Maoists might have killed her.



Many people have tried to abuse her and have justified her murder following which other people have taken the opposite stand and criticized PM Modi and have unfollowed PM Modi on the Twitter to express their anger against the murder. they have used #Block PM Modi and it has created a trend.

Currently, people are divided over their view points and have made statements that are inclined to various political parties.
