South railways to run 18 special trains

Hyderabad, Sept 7: The South Central Railway has decided on Wednesday to operate 18 Dasara special trains between Kachiguda and Tata Nagar in order to clear the extra passenger rush during Dasara and Diwali,

The special train will depart Kacheguda at 1pm on October 2, 9, 16, 23, 30; November 6, 13, 20 and 27 on Mondays and will reach Tata Nagar at 7.45pm on the next day.

In the return direction, the train will depart Tatanagar at 10.50pm on October 3, 10, 17, 24, 31; November 7, 14, 21 and 28 on Tuesdays and will reach Kacheguda at 5 am on the second day.

The SCR general manager Vinod Kumar Yadav has inaugurated 'Manakosam', a Facilitation Hub for meeting the needs of serving and retired railway staff and officers at Rail Nilayam in Secunderabad on Wednesday.
