Another Hurricane: Atlantic hurricane Irma hits Caribbean

Most powerful hurricane hit Caribbean today at 8 am. It effected for about 25 kilometers west of Martin and Anguilla.

The force was recorded as 185-mph, winds shaking homes and flooding buildings on a chain of small islands along a path toward Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Cuba and likely Florida by the weekend.

It was heading towards west-northwest at 16 mph. It drowned all tress and passed island of Barbuda. French islands of Saint Martin and Saint Barthelemy where Hurricane Irma effected most got quick assistance from French government.

No casualties are reported yet. Annick Girardin, said "We have a lot to fear for a certain number of our compatriots who unfortunately didn't want to listen to the protection measures and go to more secure sites... We're preparing for the worst."
