Passengers escape Flight accident

Kochi, Sept 5: A lucky escape took place. Nearly 100 passengers and six crew of an Air India Express flight IX 452 were safely evacuated today after the airplane skidded off its taxiway. This incident took place in Kochi Airport in the early hours of Tuesday.

The flight has arrived from Abu Dhabi. Sources say that passengers were evacuated from the front door and all the people are safe. Experts say that poor visibility in heavy rains has caused the accident.The Airline Authorities have assured to deliver the passengers' baggage at their homes.

Meanwhile, the Airport Authorities have informed the higher officials and have said that no other flight services have been affected and they are running as per schedule.
