SI assaulted by cops

Three persons who were drunk heavily assaulted SI from Jubilee hills police station. A cop on immersion duty asked the group to move in the idol as it was late.

The Ganesh idol was from Rahmathnagar, the organizers moved the idol but stopped in middle and danced. The cop beared with them for an hour but whe it went beyond time limit he asked them to stop and move the idol.

As the group picked up an argument, SI was called in, they assaulted the SI and told they were also cops and know the rules.

Later, it was found that the three were constables at SR Nagar and Chilkalguda police stations and the Special Branch unit at the Jubilee Hills police station.
