German Waiter breaks his own record

Germany, Sept 4: Here a German waiter named Oliver Strumpfel has broken his own world record by holding 29 beer mugs weighing 69 Kgs and walked for 40 meters of distance without spilling a drop.

Oliver Strumpfel first set the world record in 2014, having carried 22 Steins a distance of 40m at a bar in Milan. He broke that record again in 2016, this time managing 25 glasses. This weekend he took his glass-carrying abilities to the next level, successfully carrying 29 steins at an event in Abensberg, Germany.

Mr. Strumpfel has said that he has to train at the gym to build the strength to achieve the feat, with the 27 mugs of beer weighing 50kg. He will also break this record soon as possible, he added. For women, the German Anita Schwarz holds the record with 19 beer glasses. She set the record on 9 November 2008 in Mesenich.
